THE AVERAGE TIME INTERVAL SHOULD BE 6 SECONDS. HOWEVER, THE TIME INTERVALS
ARE NOT CONSISTANT.

average of 5 1-second samples taken during a 6-second period (ie 1-sec
sample, .2 sec off, 1-sec. samp, .2 sec off, etc.)  However, his dataset
shows a wide variability between sampling times (5 - 10 sec. between
samples), not including those times when they were down or calibrating,
where data are greater than 12-sec. between samples.  How did you arrive at
start-stop times for his samples?  appreciate the help.
