The start, stop and mid times reported in the files are for OH, MSA and H2SO4 
are incorrect. Use the following equations to get the correct start and stop 
time for OH, MSA and H2S04.

For OH: Tstart = Tstart(old) + 15
        Tstop = Tstart(new) + 8
        Tmid = (Tstart + Tstop)/2

For MSA: Tstart = Tstart(old) + 28
         Tstop = Tstop(old)
         Tmid = (Tstart + Tstop)/2

For H2SO4: Tstart = Tstart(old) + 10
           Tstop = Tstop(old)-2
           Tmid = (Tstart + Tstop)/2
