R1 MOZART-4 results for ARCTAS and ARCPAC

MOZART-4 is described in:

The MOZART-4 R1 results archived here are from simulations using NCEP/GFS meteorology.  The emissions are based on David Streets' ARCTAS-v1.2 emissions and Christine Wiedinmyer's daily fire emissions (version June 2009).  

The files for ARCTAS-A and -B flights with these emissions are labeled 'MOZART4gfst85' and are from a simulation at 1.4x1.4 degrees (T85) horizontal resolution.

For the CARB flights, a separate simulation was performed where California emissions were replaced with the CARB emissions inventory. This run was at 0.7x0.7 degrees (T170) and the files are labeled 'MOZART4gfst170'.
