GENERAL: Experiment formally begins 11/15

SURFACE DATA:

NETRAD now correctly reporting stronger values - effective about 0Z 11/15
fixed with different Campbell program download.
Strong winds (15 m/s) earlier died down around 15Z 11/14.

SOUNDING - PROFILER WIND COMPARISON:

No profiler winds. No sounding winds

PROFILER DATA:

Profiler (TX) failed around 17:30 Z 11/14. No winds or RASS since then.
Mike Susedik is looking into it.
Earlier RASS data to only 300-600m because of high winds

SOUNDING COMMENTS:
11/15 6Z (4:30 launch) sounding. Good thermodynamic data. No winds,
missing Omega lock. The crew is working on the Omega situation. Couldn't
get lock even at altitude.
