OTHER COMMENTS:

The Cape Grim TSI 3760 is u/s, this inhibits its use on the DMA as well.
It may be recoverable, but doesn't look too good. The SO2 inlet problem is
still being worked on and the DRI CCN is still u/s. Everything else is just
lovely.

A small incident relating to the helicopter visit
to the ship sould be mentioned. The following note is from the station
director:

" The unauthorised arrival of a helicopter at Cape Grim on 28 Nov. caused
considerable concern. Checks are being made of the circumstances
surrounding the visit and how this may have affected the site readings.
There is also concern that it may have upset the owners of the surrounding
property.
People are reminded that ALL visits to, and activities at Cape Grim need to
be approved by the Officer in Charge (Chad Dick) PRIOR to their going ahead.
He can be contacted through the office (004 521 629) during the week or
through the station (004 522 181) at weekends."

I should add that at least two periods of exhaust plume were observed in
the particle record.
