PEM-Tropics A latitudinal ozone distribution profiles

DIAL ozone profiles were averaged into 0.25 degree latitude and 30 meter
altitude bins.  Each archive file represents an average latitudinal ozone 
distribution for different geographic regions, distinguished by the 
longitudinal range used for averaging the ozone data.
