The Flight Dates were:
        Test Flight 1 : 25 January 1994 
        Test Flight 2 : 28 January 1994 
        Test Flight 3 : 02 February 1994

The data were taken during Test Flights prior to the start of 
the formal research program.  Due to the nature of activities 
during test flights, these data are estimated to be less 
precise than data taken during regular research flights.  As such, 
the data have been checked by the Principal Investigator but 
will not be checked by the GTE Data Archive Office.  They 
are not included in the formal PEM West-B archive.
