This file is intended to introduce the reader to the file
convention in this directory.

TWA - indicates TRACEA data.

NOAA# - indicates a particular NOAA satellite (10,11,or 12).

APT - image type.

XXSepXX - date scan took place.

xxxx - these last four digits indicate the starting scan time.
