The SABOR (Ship-Aircraft Bio-Optical Research) experiment, conducted in the summer of 2014 (July 17th to Aug 7th), brought together several teams to work on the issues of polarization of light in the ocean, focusing on several different scientific perspectives of this problem: biogeochemstry, radiative transfer, in situ, and remotely-sensed optics. >> more
